Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
If you are buying or renting a commercial property you need to get an Energy Performance Certificate. EPCs tell you how energy efficient a building is and can highlight energy efficiency improvements too. We are an approved energy assessor and can carry out EPCs.
Climate Change Levy (CCL) Surveying & Reporting
The Climate Change Levy (CCL) is an annual tax designed to make UK businesses more sustainable. Businesses in the industrial, public services, commercial and agricultural sectors will be charged CCL. We’ll help you with your annual survey, reporting and advice on whether or not you have to pay CCL.
Energy Reduction Survey & Reporting
Our qualified team visits a building to look at where energy is being used, such as lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). We identify electrical problems, detect energy waste and provide a report of recommendations to improve efficiency.
Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme (ESOS)
ESOS is a mandatory energy assessment scheme for UK organisations that meet the qualification criteria. ESOS assessments must be completed every 4 years, to audit energy use of buildings and industrial processes. We can advise on qualifying criteria as your ESOS lead assessor and carry out your assessment.
Metering Investigation & Reporting
Have you ever received an electric or energy bill that you weren’t expecting? Meter faults are rare, but we can investigate why your bill is larger or different to what you expected. We identify any faults with your equipment and electronics, and provide recommendations and solutions.
EPC Retrofit Assessments

Display Energy Certificates (DEC)

Streamlined Energy & Carbon Reporting (SECR)
SECR is mandatory legislation for companies (who meet set criteria) that requires companies to report on their energy consumption. We can help you with understanding the legislation, seeing if you are obligated to submit a report, and complete the reporting for you.
